Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the job description provided by client, make related industry and company research and provide the effective information to consultant
分析客户提供的职位说明并搜集相应的客户及客户行业信息供顾问参考
2. Find out and approach the suitable candidates through diversified channels
通过多样化的渠道搜猎到合适的职位候选人
3. Establish a long-term relationship with candidates ,keep maintaining and expanding company talent pool
和候选人才建立长期的联系,积极维护和拓展公司的人才资源库
4. Resumes screening ,conduct the phone interview and arrange the face to face interview among consultant,client and candidates
简历筛选,主导初次的电话面试以及安排进一步的和顾问及客户的面试事宜
5. Support consultant to operate the BD activities
协助顾问开始业务拓展的相关活动
6. You will in charge of 30% admin work in this job, including handling incoming call, receiving visitors ,express/post distribution, coordinating issues with government and other work assigned by manager
该职位需要负责30%的办公室行政工作,包括电话转接,客户和候选人接待,办公室的对内外的行政事务以及其他由经理安排的行政工作
Qualification:
1. College degree or above ,major in English ,Scientific will be preferred
大专以上学历,理工科或英语专业优先
2. 1-2 years working experience in multinational company, experience of being engaged in recruiting, executive searching or phone sales will be preferred
1-2年跨国公司工作经验,从事过招聘,猎头公司相关从业经验或电话销售经验优先考虑
