5. Majored in law related fields.
6. Familiar with the laws of contract, patent, and intellectual property.
7. Familiar with engineering related fields will be a plus.
8. Working experiences of at least 1 year in legal cases/matters (patent agency, law firm or in-house of listed company).
9. Working experiences in patent cases/matters will be a plus.
10. Fluent speaking and writing in both Chinese and English is required.
11. Familiar with Korean, Japanese, German, or French will be a plus.
