Main Responsibiltiy:
-Co-ordinate recruitment advertisements and short-listing of candidates
-Interview arrangement and follow up
-Co-ordinate the process of new employees' on boarding, employment and termination
-Update employee information and personnel files management
-Assist HR Department to conduct training program and maintain training documentation
-Consolidate attendance records from each center including OT, Headcount, Org chart to ensure correct employee information provided on request
-Be responsible for monthly payroll calculation and payment of benefits
-Collect and keep record of staff benefits application, such as Child-birth, Marriage, etc.
-Assist organizing HR related activities for employees
-Other assignment of HR department
Requirements:
1.Education background: College or above in HR Management
2.Experience: min.1 year experience in HR in a multinational company
3. Skills required:
- good oral and written English
- good computer skill
- good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Other qualification:
-high sense of responsibility and accountability
-Honest, Integrity and dedication to work
